"BEL ME TWEET LOG" learning strategies in the 21st century

Teachers? Who would not know a teacher! The teacher is a professional educator with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, train, assess, and evaluate learners in the early childhood education path of formal education, elementary education, and secondary education. The teacher is a noble profession and the oldest existing in the world. Thousands even millions of teachers now decorating and serving in the country to educate the nation's children so that they would become the golden generation in the country. I was a math teacher in one of the JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL in Sukabumi district. In the learning of mathematics, most teachers (including me in it), still apply conventional methods. The learning process that is implemented in the class tended to be based on the activity of the teacher. The teacher plays an active role while the students only receive knowledge delivered teacher. In this process of learning math is still not able to actively engaging students. Math learning activities will be more effective if in the process of learning math, students can be placed as a subject of learning and teachers as the provider of the learning process. For the year 2014/2015 sd learning now I always teach Mathematics in class IX. Based on the initial observation in class IX SMP Negeri 3 Cibadak, indicating that the learning of mathematics, teachers still apply to conventional learning model. The lesson that the process tends to be monotonous, at the start of the teachers explain the material, give an example problem and explain the problem of settlement, and ends with the teacher give practice to question or homework assignment (PR). From here it can be noted that the role of teachers is still dominant, the teacher became the center of science and information while students become passive learners. Based on my experience, interaction between students with students and between teachers with students hasn't been going well. Generally the students still are individual, reluctant to share Science with other students and have not been able to work well together. Based on the above things I tried initiated and innovate in the learning strategy that leverages technology advances and widespread social media in virtual worlds, then I try to make the learning strategy with BEL ME Tweet LOG (learning through blogs and Twitter) up to now. Reach for a dream and hope to be able to do something and competed at the national level had been rasa-rasanya not reverse the Palm of the hand, need hard work, focus and consistent effort and always trying and praying is the main key to be able to grab it. Here I am trying to share a "good experience" me for becoming a teacher. Almost 29 years I've been living the teaching profession, since teachers in junior high so Tamansiswa Cibadak in 1987 and is now teaching at JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL State 3 my first Cibadak in law and became a finalist in the race's creativity Guru (LKG) in learning by 2015, a prestigious race event organised by the Centre for professional development of educators, human resource development and education and culture Quality Penjamninan of education , Ministry of Indonesia, which is annually held. Facilitate, motivate and inspire teachers to mengkreasikan or create the best learning models become the teacher's duties and obligations in the 21st century. Increase the utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) as well as other media-based local wisdom in the process of learning is certainly becoming a mandatory thing teachers to improve the quality of learning so that it can improve and develop a learning process that can encourage learners to higher-order thinking, skilled as well as character and cultured.
